Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Are dogs allowed?

A: Well behaved on-leash dogs are allowed outside on our patio and in the beer garden.

Q: Do you have indoor seating?

A: We have limited tables available for reservation

Q: Are children allowed?

A: At this time the taproom is for customers 21+. Families are more than welcome to consume beverages on our patio and in the beer garden.

Q: Do you serve food?

A: We do not have a kitchen, however, AOK Berkshire BBQ and Chingon Taco Truck operate as our main food service provider. AOK is open Friday-Monday 12-7 and Chingon Taco Truck is open Tuesday-Thursday 12-8 and Fridays 4-10. Bright Ideas also sells bags of chips, pretzels, and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages.

Q: Is all the beer made on-site?

A: All of the craft beer that is on tap is made on-site in our 7 barrel brewhouse.

Q: How often do you brew?

A: Our craft beer is brewed 3-4 times per week on-site. We generally have 7-12 beers on tap including non-alcoholic root beer.

Q: Can I order root beer in a can to-go?

A: No. We do not make the root beer, therefore we cannot sell it in a can.

Q: Do you have gluten-free options?

A: We almost always have a gluten-reduced beer on tap. Those include the Lil' Bling session ale and the Crew Beer red ale. The craft beers are not 100% gluten-free and the recipe is not altered to make it gluten-free. An enzyme is added to the brewing process to reduce the amount of gluten in the beer.

Q: Do you have cans to-go?

A: We regularly distribute our craft beer in 32 oz. cans called crowlers. We do not fill glass growlers, nor do we sell the containers. Any beer on tap can be put into a 32 oz. crowler. The cans are made to order. Cans can be pre-ordered online. We also have 750 ml bottles of stouts or barrel-aged beers for sale.

Q: Do you have 4-packs to-go?

A: About 4-5 times per year we put our beer in 16 oz. cans for 4-pack distribution. We have distributed our craft beer to various package stores across Berkshire County and the Pioneer Valley. Stay up-to-date with our social media for information about our next canning run.
