In the final days of Mass Beer Week we are releasing a pair of brand new fruited sours, with each location tapping up their own exclusive beer for the celebration!
Starting at open on Friday, March 8th, our North Adams Taproom will start pouring our very first batch of Sour Splash: Apricot! This uses our base kettle sour recipe that we use for all our fruited sours in the series and adds a generous amount of apricot puree near the end of the brew. The sweet tartness from the apricots pairs perfectly with the sour beer!
