We're hosting an all-level yoga class on Sunday, August 11th led by awesome local yogi Claire Markos! This class will start right at 1pm and is free with the purchase of a beer either before or afterward. This will be limited to 20 people, so be sure to snag a free ticket to make sure you have a spot for your mat.
This class welcomes everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned yogis! We'll explore a variety of yoga postures, with modifications offered to suit all abilities.
CLASS FOCUS:
Building strength and flexibility: We'll move through a series of postures that target different muscle groups, improving your overall strength and range of motion.
Improving balance and coordination: Yoga poses challenge your balance, and this class will help you develop greater stability and control.
Deepening your breath: Breathwork (pranayama) is an essential part of yoga. We'll incorporate mindful breathing practices throughout the class to enhance your focus and relaxation.
Reducing stress and tension: Yoga is a fantastic way to unwind and de-stress. This class will guide you through movements and breathwork that promote relaxation and inner peace.
No matter your experience level, this class will provide you with a safe and supportive environment to explore your yoga practice.
